- Not all sensitive goods are listed on our website. If you're unsure whether your goods are considered sensitive, please contact our customer service for assistance.
- If sensitive goods are misclassified as general goods and are detained by customs, all consequences are borne by the customer, including confiscation or fines.
- Importing smuggled goods is strictly prohibited. Customers are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from the illegal importation of goods.
- Our company facilitates the importation of goods from China to Malaysia on behalf of customers but does not assume liability for the legality or accuracy of goods declared for importation.
